Our borrower is a seasoned real estate investor with 10 properties. He wants to cash-out multiple properties and purchase his 11th investment property. The borrower’s purchase will exceed the allowable financed properties for Agency guidelines. The borrower wants the loan to be titled in the name of his LLC.
A DSCR Solution
Our DSCR product offers this borrower an actual business-purpose loan. We allowed the borrower to title the loan in the name of his LLC. He obtained a cash-out refinance for 5 of his properties and used the cash to purchase his 11th investment property. Our DSCR solution qualified the borrower using the cash flow of the subject properties instead of traditional personal income analysis, employment analysis, or DTI.
