Our newest loan product allows for 5-8 unit properties of residential buildings on a DSCR program, where we use rental income to qualify the property. This DSCR mortgage program is good for purchase transactions, rate and term refinances and cash-out refinances as well. The max loan amount for this program is $3 million.
We believe in progress! Part of our progress has included expanding the products we offer! We specialize in being able to qualify rental properties using the DSCR approach. Our DSCR programs allow for different debt service coverage ratios. For best-priced DSCR loans the debt service coverage ratio should be at least 1.25, we do offer other DSCR programs where the ratio is at 1 or .75 or even a no ratio dscr program that we offer. And if that doesn’t work we can always switch the loan to a true no-doc loan.
